  • 14 business days is our total turnaround time for wedding invites (this timeline can increase to 18 business days in high peak season May-August) (shipping time not included).
  • Allow 5 business days for the initial emailed proof.
  • Once the proof is approved for printing, allow 7 business days for printing/assembly (this printing/assembly timeline can increase to 9 business days in high peak season May-August).
  • It’s a team effort! In a hurry? Please respond to our emails on a daily basis if you would like to stay within our suggested timelines.

  • If you need a guaranteed completion date, we suggest placing a rush order.

TOTAL TURNAROUND TIME | WEDDING DAY OF STATIONERY

RUSH ORDER TIMELINE | ALLOW 7 business days

  • If chosen, the price per each is increased by 25%.
  • Proofs should be approved on day 5 of the process so we can print/assemble in 2 business days.

EMAILED PDF PROOF PROCESS

  • This must be done via email.
  • We do not provide printed hard copy proofs, but we will work with you until you are 100% happy before we start any printing.
  • One initial PDF proof and three rounds of PDF revisions are included in the process.
  • During this time font, ink color and wording customizations will be worked out along with any questions that you have. We will also review your proof and make certain suggestions/wording tweaks as needed.
  • Major changes to the overall layout of our designs are not permitted.
  • Additional fees may apply if you want to make changes to *certain graphic colors, orientation of insert cards, customer provided image envelope liners, different versions of insert cards, different qty, 2nd language, etc. Contact us for more info as this varies. Typically we can accommodate 99% of client requests so don’t hesitate to reach out first and ask.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Beacon Lane is not responsible for misspellings or incorrect wording once your final proof has been approved.
  • Since wording and order details may change during the process, we suggest carefully checking over all details prior to giving us the go ahead for production. We suggest having family and friends proofread the final version for spelling and grammar.
  • Once the final proof is approved and your invoice has been paid, all order details like wording, materials, and quantities are considered approved.

FREE ASSEMBLY

  • Your invites will come assembled. What does this include? Installing envelope liners, belly band, backing paper, and arrangement of cards.
  • Free assembly does not include: envelope stuffing or sealing. If you are interested in having us stamp and/or stuff & seal your invites for an additional charge we can do so. Inquire for more info.

SHIPPING 

  • All completed orders ship UPS. The expected shipping time is 1 to 4 business days. Average UPS Ground shipping cost is approx. $25.00. Shipping transit times and exact costs are provided during checkout.

RETURNS

  • Due to the custom nature of these products, returns are not accepted. If there are any issues with your order please contact us immediately via phone at 779.324.5494 or email at info@beaconln.com.

REPRINT FEES

  • We suggest ordering at least 5 to 15 extra wedding invites during your initial order.
  • The reprint fee is $50.00 for invites. The order minimum for reprinted invites is 10.
  • There is a $15.00 reprint fee if envelope reprints are needed.
  • Once the final payment is made, the guest list is considered final and we do not accept additions or revisions to your guest envelope printing.

MAILING YOUR WEDDING INVITES

  • Beacon Lane is not responsible for invites once in the hands of the U.S. or International postal services.
  • All Beacon Lane envelopes, invites, materials and font styles have been approved for mailing by our local post office.
  • We highly suggest that you order extra invites to account for lost, damaged or returned that may occur during the invite transit time when in the hands of the USPS.

STATE OF IL TAX

  • State of IL residents will be charged IL sales tax of 8%.

INTERNATIONAL TAX & INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

  • We encourage you to consult your country’s tax policies before placing an order.
  • Our shipping prices will not cover these taxes, brokerage fees or import fees.
