Our Super Simple Process:

Work via email with a designer to perfect the invites before printing. During this time we will help you with proper etiquette and customizations. Our highly seasoned team will print and assemble your invites in-house. Guest envelope printing is free! Full invite assembly is free!

How To Get Started:

  • A deposit and wording is needed to start on the emailed proof.
  • Click on the “Pricing, Personalize & Place Order” button to calculate your exact total and prompt the ordering page. The ordering page will collect everything we need.

Turnaround time:

  • Allow 5 business days for the initial proof. Once the proof is approved for printing, allow 7 business days for printing/assembly. Chat or email us at info@beaconln.com for up-to-date timelines. During peak wedding season these timelines may extend.

    Our order minimum for bundled invite sets is 30 and 15 for boxed invites. We suggest ordering plenty of spare sets (at least 5 to 15) now. If additional invite sets are needed later on there is a 10 invite order reprint minimum and $50 set up fee.

    Personalize Your Order

    We recommend typing out your wording in a Word document first, then copy to this section.  Have family and friends proofread for spelling error or incorrect information before submitting your order.  A designer will take care of formatting, fonts, and layout.  Please do not type in ALL CAPS.

    RSVP Insert Wording

    If needed, this card can also list entree choices, dietary requests, or song request line.  It can also list RSVP lines for additional wedding events.

    *RSVP Respond By Date

    Your RSVP date should be anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks before the actual wedding date.

    Name & Address for RSVP Envelope

    This info will be printed on the front of your RSVP envelope.
